How PRAETORIAN s.r.o. processes personal data of praetorian.cz visitors, which cookies it uses and how traffic measurement works.

What data we process and why
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address and message content in order to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is the consent you give by checking the box in the form, or steps taken towards concluding a contract. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 (see below) and is sent by e-mail through our mail server — we do not keep messages longer than necessary to handle the enquiry.
Google reCAPTCHA v3
We protect the contact form against spam and automated abuse using Google reCAPTCHA v3. The script only loads once you start interacting with the form. Google processes technical data about your browser and on-page behaviour — the legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site against spam and attacks. Traffic measurement (Google Analytics 4)
To understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from, we use Google Analytics 4. Measurement only runs with your consent — until you click "Agree" on the banner at the bottom of the page, no Google Analytics script loads and no related cookie is set. You can change your decision at any time via the "Privacy settings" link in the page footer. Google Analytics is operated by Google Ireland Limited; data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, subject to the EU's standard contractual clauses. Details: Google's privacy policy.

We do not use any third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site. The site's fonts are self-hosted (not loaded from the Google Fonts CDN), so loading them does not transfer any data to a third party.
How long we keep data
Contact-form messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry. Google Analytics data is aggregated traffic statistics; its retention in Google Analytics follows Google's retention settings (14 months by default).
Your rights
In relation to the processing of personal data you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to the processing. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
Changing your consent
You can change your decision about traffic measurement at any time — just click the "Privacy settings" link, found in the footer of every page on this site. The consent banner will reappear and you can choose again.
